Description
Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Bereitstellung und Lizenzierung der Mathematica Software sowie weiterer Wolfram Produkte für die Institute und Einrichtungen der Max-Planck-Gesellschaft. Die Beschaffung umfasst die Fortführung der bestehenden Softwarelizenzen einschließlich Updates, Upgrades und Supportleistungen über eine Vertragslaufzeit von fünf Jahren. Darüber hinaus können während der Vertragslaufzeit bei entsprechendem Bedarf zusätzliche Lizenzen zu den vereinbarten Vertragskonditionen abgerufen werden.
