Die TWM möchte im Bereich Colbitz u.a. eine neue Reinwasserleistung und eine neue Druckerhöhungsstation bauen und benötigt hierfür ein Dienstleister, der die Planungsarbeiten für die insgesamt 4 Teilprojekte übernimmt.
