De huidige callcentersoftware ondersteunt de schaal, complexiteit en toekomstambities van ZAS onvoldoende. Met deze opdracht wil ZAS bereikbaarheid, efficiëntie, uniformiteit en kwaliteit van de telefonische dienstverlening en afsprakenplanning structureel verbeteren.
