Upphandlingen omfattar ett koncerngemensamt HR-system som SaaS-tjänst med tillhörande tjänster för införande, integration, support och förvaltning. Systemet ska utgöra ett centralt stöd för HR-processer och HR-masterdata, inklusive personal- och organisationsadministration, onboarding, offboarding, medarbetarsamtal, självservice, rapportering och analys. HR-systemet ska kunna fungera självständigt och integreras med externa system. Löneberäkning, löneutbetalning, tidrapportering, schemaläggning och bemanning ingår inte i upphandlingen utan hanteras genom separata systemstöd.
