Turku Energia kilpailuttaa kaukolämpö- ja kaukojäähdytysveden varastointiin käytettävän vesisäiliön (Hybridiakku) hankinnan. Kyseessä on tavaran hankinta, johon sisältyy asennus ja käyttöönotto.
