No. The map, the market search, company profiles and public publications are free and need no account. You only need an account to contact companies, publish, comment or save items. Otwórz stronę

Open Markets and search by keyword, country, status, contract type and sector. You can also explore them on the map. Each notice links to the official source, which remains authoritative. Otwórz stronę

Notices come from official public sources such as Tenders Electronic Daily (TED), BOAMP in France, and national services in Germany, Spain, the Netherlands and Greece. For other countries we show notices published on TED, so smaller national tenders may be missing. Otwórz stronę

Sign in and open My company in your dashboard. Owners and administrators can change the description, location, logo, products and services. Otwórz stronę

Email Verified means the address was confirmed by a link. Business Verified and VAT Verified are added only after a separate check. Confirming an email address does not verify a business.

Yes. EuropeMarketMap is free for every company, and every feature is included. There are no paid plans or subscriptions. The platform is funded by advertising on selected public pages and by voluntary contributions. Otwórz stronę

You can make a voluntary one-time contribution on the Support EuropeMarketMap page. It is entirely optional, and it does not change your account or unlock anything. Otwórz stronę

Every member has a personal calendar and every company has a shared one. You can create meetings, invite colleagues and external participants, set reminders and export events as .ics files. Otwórz stronę

Create the meeting in Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom or another service, then paste its secure link into the Meeting link field. EuropeMarketMap does not create video rooms itself. Otwórz stronę

Open a company profile and choose Contact this company. Conversations are private, support file attachments and show sent, delivered and read status. Messaging is free. Otwórz stronę

Use the Contact Us form. You will receive a ticket reference by email, and our team will reply through the same conversation. Otwórz stronę

Your private messages and files are only available to the participants. You can download your data or delete your account in Settings at any time. The Privacy Notice explains the details. Otwórz stronę

Choose Forgot your password on the sign-in page and enter your email address. We send a code valid for 10 minutes, which lets you choose a new password. Otwórz stronę

Check your spam folder first. You can request a new link from the banner in your dashboard. If it still does not arrive, please use the contact form.

Owners and administrators can open Team in the dashboard and invite colleagues by email. Each person gets an individual account, so passwords are never shared. Otwórz stronę

The score from 0 to 100 shows how closely a published notice fits what your company declared: CPV categories, keywords, capabilities, countries, contract types, value and language. Only criteria that the notice publishes are counted, and each result lists its reasons. A score does not mean that you are eligible or qualified, so always read the official notice. Otwórz stronę

Add a notice to your tender workspace from its page, then move it through the stages of the board. You can record notes and decisions, assign tasks, attach private documents and keep a requirements checklist. Only your company can see this workspace. Otwórz stronę

It is your public company page, with your CPV categories, capabilities, markets, certifications and references. You choose which sections are public. Its address and QR code stay the same when you edit it, and private information never appears on it. Otwórz stronę

Publish a partnership request, or browse those of other companies. Recommendations explain why a request or a company fits. An invitation needs the agreement of the other company, and nothing private is shared until they accept. Otwórz stronę

They are groups dedicated to a country, an industry or a business topic. You can discover them, ask to join and take part when the group allows it. Private lounges are only visible to their members, and nobody is added without their agreement. Otwórz stronę

A private room around a tender, a partnership or a joint project. The company that creates it invites other companies, and each company decides whether to join. Tasks, documents, notes and meetings are visible only to the members of the room. Otwórz stronę

The newsletter is optional. Registering an account does not subscribe you. Subscribe in your settings or from the footer, then confirm by email. Each issue has an unsubscribe link and a link to your preferences. Otwórz stronę
