1. About EuropeMarketMap

EuropeMarketMap is a professional business platform that helps companies discover commercial opportunities, access public procurement information, present their activities and connect with other businesses.

The platform provides search, information, publication, communication and collaboration features. EuropeMarketMap is an independent service and is not a government authority or public procurement body.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using EuropeMarketMap, you agree to these Terms of Use and to use the platform responsibly.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the relevant services.

3. Accounts and registration

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating and maintaining an account.

• Use an email address that you are authorised to access.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Do not impersonate another person or company.
• Do not share account access with unauthorised individuals.
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Each individual must use their own account where individual accounts are provided by the platform.

4. Company information

Companies are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information they submit, including their identity, activities, capabilities, certifications, references and business claims.

EuropeMarketMap does not independently certify every statement or document submitted by a company.

5. Public procurement information

EuropeMarketMap displays public procurement notices and related information gathered from identified public sources.

Such information is provided for general information purposes. The original official notice and its supporting documents remain authoritative.

Users must independently verify the following directly with the relevant official source:

• Submission deadlines and time limits.
• Eligibility and participation requirements.
• Required documents and qualifications.
• Amendments, corrections and cancellations.
• Submission procedures and official instructions.

EuropeMarketMap does not guarantee that all notices are complete, current or available at all times.

Opportunities published directly by companies on EuropeMarketMap are commercial announcements and are not official public procurement notices.

6. Recommendations and matching

Matching scores, recommendations and partner suggestions are provided for informational purposes only.

They do not constitute a certification, qualification, eligibility decision, guarantee of partnership or assurance that a company will obtain a contract.

Each company remains responsible for assessing opportunities and verifying the information relevant to its commercial decisions.

7. User content and publications

You remain responsible for the content you submit, publish, upload or share through EuropeMarketMap.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use any text, image, logo, document or other material you provide.

You must not publish or transmit:

• Fraudulent, misleading or unlawful information.
• Content that infringes the rights of another person or organisation.
• Confidential information without proper authorisation.
• Malicious files or harmful software.
• Harassing, threatening, defamatory or abusive material.
• Spam or unrelated promotional content.

By submitting content, you allow EuropeMarketMap to host, technically reproduce and display it as necessary to operate the platform and according to the visibility settings you select.

You retain ownership of your content. This permission does not transfer ownership to EuropeMarketMap.

8. Messages, groups and collaboration

You must respect access permissions and privacy settings when using messages, groups and collaboration spaces.

You must not attempt to access private conversations, files or workspaces without authorisation.

Content shared in a group or collaboration space may be accessible to its authorised participants according to the applicable permissions.

9. Intellectual property

EuropeMarketMap's name, visual identity, website design, original texts, software and platform components are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit these materials without the required authorisation.

User and third-party content remains the property of its respective rights holders.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Disrupt or interfere with the platform's operation.
• Attempt to bypass security or access controls.
• Collect information through abusive or unauthorised automated methods.
• Impersonate another individual or organisation.
• Use the platform for fraud, spam or unlawful activities.
• Harass, threaten or abuse other members.
• Upload malicious software or harmful files.
• Attempt to access data or accounts without permission.

11. Moderation and account restrictions

EuropeMarketMap may review reports and moderate content when necessary to protect the platform and its users.

Where these Terms are violated or there is a security risk, we may remove content, restrict certain features or suspend an account following appropriate review.

Where appropriate, affected users may request a review of a moderation decision through our contact form.

12. Free service and voluntary support

EuropeMarketMap is free to use. There are no paid plans, paid subscriptions or features that require payment.

The service may be supported through Google AdSense advertising on selected public pages and optional voluntary contributions through Ko-fi.

Contributions are entirely optional and do not provide additional features, privileges, account rights or preferential treatment.

13. External services and links

The platform may contain links to external websites and services, including mapping, meeting, communication and voluntary contribution services.

External services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. EuropeMarketMap does not control their content, availability or data processing practices.

You are responsible for reviewing the terms of external services before using them.

14. Availability and maintenance

We aim to keep EuropeMarketMap available and functioning properly. However, access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, updates, technical failures, security incidents or issues affecting third-party services.

Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

15. Limitation of responsibility

EuropeMarketMap provides information and tools to support professional discovery and communication. It does not act as a procurement authority, commercial adviser, certification body or representative of participating companies.

Users are responsible for verifying official procurement information, assessing commercial opportunities and making their own business decisions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EuropeMarketMap is not responsible for indirect losses, decisions made solely on the basis of informational content, or the acts and omissions of third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

16. Changes to the platform and these Terms

We may modify platform features or update these Terms when necessary. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.

Continued use of the platform after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
